Elisa Maintenance Contract
- In the event of contract payment made by cheque or wire-transfer, the contract will commence on the date of payment being cleared.
- Ensure that the appliance is in full working condition and it is free from any mechanical and electrical fault.
- This agreement covers any parts and accessories that requires replacement.
- EMC is valid for a term of 1 year and three gratis services will be provided, customers can schedule appointments by contacting us on our toll-free number (8853-70-8853).
- Result of the appliance assessment conducted by the company will be final. Repair and restoration will be based on this assessment to ensure the functioning of the appliance.
- Customers is responsible to provide the faulty replaced part.
- EMC does not cover damages caused by mishandling, negligence, electrical short circuit, faulty electrical settings, pests, natural causes, are, alterations or repairs done by non-authorised technician.
- In case of repair cost exceeding the original appliance cost paid by the customer, company will provide an alternative part of an equivalant value.
- Company is not liable for any delays in service that are beyond our control or caused due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The contract is only valid for the appliance and the location where initial assessment was conducted, any changes in ownership and location need to be approved by the company beforehand. Customers can notify the company in order to seek approval by sending an email to amc@elisaindia.in
- All disputes are subjected to Bhopal jurisdiction only.
